How long does production take ?
It takes between 7 to 15 days to produce depending on the design. However, we will do our best to make sure you enjoy it as soon as possible. We recommend that you keep our process in mind and place your order at least two weeks before the time you expect to receive it. How do I clean my silver jewelry once it starts to tarnish ?
Gently polish with our silver soft polishing cloth. If you need any extra polishing services contact info@ter-cero.com

Cleaning & Care
All our products are .925 Sterling Silver. Most of our pieces go through a special oxidation process and polishing to achieve the look we want. You can use any DRY jewelry polishing wipes. Never use liquid cleaner on our products as this will remove the oxidation.
